How To Use

• Start with an eye primer first, apply a small amount of any good primer to your eyelid, and by using your finger or any makeup sponge, blend it well
• Then take the eyeshadow and dip the attached applicator into the product and applying it to your eyelid as many times as needed.
• For a bolder and more saturated look, you can apply another layer of this liquid eyeshadow
