How to stay safe under the sun

Are you struggling finding the perfect product for your skin? And always ask yourselves, where did you get wrong? Well I am with you. Trying plenty of different products that we believed will help us achieve our dream skin, but only got worse most of the time.After reading about the effects of UV Rays to the skin, It changed the way I deal with my skin problems. I became more self conscious and here’s why.

People enjoy going out and having fun under the sun. Like going for a picnic at the park, taking a quick trip at the beach, hiking together with friends,  strolling with pets, and a lot more other activities. But little did they know that as the Ozone layer depletes, the higher the damage it causes to the skin. Now that Ozone layer is thinning, It gets harder for it to shield us from UV rays coming from the sun.

UV Rays are the energy from the sun that hits the earth. It has three types which is; UVA the kind that mostly reach the earth’s surface or the strongest one. And UVB are the ones whose amount of radiation depends on the land facts like it’s latitude and altitude. And lastly UVC, which does not reach the earth’s surface because it is already absorbed by the atmosphere. Professionals says that Sun rays are in its strongest between 10:00 am and 4:00 pm. And, hear this out, even on the most cloudy day you could still get sunburned.

For me, this is one of the main things to consider in taking care of our skin. Without this, you’ll be like a soldier who fought with all his might but still went home wounded. Then after recovering, he again would go on a fight and same things happens as he finish. All I’m saying is, you’ll just end up tiring yourself taking care of your skin while radiation is doing its job tearing apart your efforts. It’ll be difficult achieving  what you’re aiming for.

If you’re not convinced yet, here’s what will make you. Did you know that Skin cancer is now the most common kind of cancer diagnosed in the US? Not just that. Premature signs of aging like age spots and wrinkles, then eye damage are just some of the things you have to be aware of.

WHAT TO DO?

Now that you have to make an effort taking care of your skin, you might want to do some of these recommendations;

  • Wear protective clothes like long sleeves.
  • Limit your sun exposure between 10 am to 4 pm
  • When going out, stay under the shade.
  • Speaking of shade, up your fashion game with some sunglasses and hats.
  • Avoid using tanning machines and be proud of your skin.
  • Always use sunscreen.

SUNSCREENCHOOSING SUNSCREEN.

In picking up sunscreen, you want to get those with SPF 15 or higher. The higher the SPF the greater the chance that it can shield you from the UV rays radiation. But now, this thing called Broad Spectrum is also something to consider. It could be a big help to the sunscreen in terms of your protection.

Choosing the right sunscreen for me is a bit hard, since I really do find something that will not irritate my skin, something that is light, something that is fragrant and so on and so ford. I know you guys also want all of that. After trying several products, I noticed that most of the products that I like are usually Korean products. Well I never doubted their products. You can see the evidences just by looking at Korean people.

Their skins are unbelievably clear. With their world class products made from the finest ingredients originating natively from their own beloved country. I can say that I made the right decision of trusting and sticking with their products. I am now close to achieving the dream skin thanks to the informations about the radiation and on how to be a sun smart. Also to the products which helped me take good care of my skin.
