Refund policy
RETURN POLICY
If you have placed your order via Guest Checkout, you will need to create an account. Otherwise, sign in as normal. Go to your Order History and click the ‘RETURN ITEMS’ button next to the order you want to return.
Our policy is valid for a period of 5 calendar days from the date of the purchase. If you receive your order and are not satisfied for any reason you can return the product in exchange of any product. If the period of 5 days has lapsed since the purchase, we can’t, unfortunately, offer you a return or refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unsealed, and in the same condition that you received it.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. The following criteria must be met to qualify for a refund:
– Product must be unopened
– Product must be in original packaging
– Product must be unused
– Product must not be damaged
We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
You will be responsible for the return shipping & handling charges, which will not be refunded.
You will receive the credit within a 7-10 working day. Note that your bank or card issuer may take 2-15 additional business days to process the transaction.
For COD transactions the same amount will be credited to your Okka Beauty account.

To complete your refund, we require a receipt, purchase order or other proof of purchase. Please note that without the aforementioned proof of purchase, we will not issue a refund.
In order to return an order, you must contact us first.
Returns can be mailed to: OKKA BEAUTY LLC. You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs with regard to the items that you wish to return. We will not refund the shipping costs.
You must take care to ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found damaged or used beyond what it takes for us to reasonably inspect it, then we may reject a refund.
